Sven Law is an experienced German-British Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working in Mental Health services as a Social Worker, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, CBT Trainer and Supervisor.

 

Sven specialises in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focussed CBT (TF-CBT) and Mindfulness, to assist clients in developing effective coping strategies and achieving sustainable progress in their mental health journey for the most common difficulties such as Stress, Depression and Anxiety.​

How It Works

I want to help improve access to the right therapy, for the right problem, at the right time. 

This is how I achieve this:
 

Step 1: When you book an Initial Assessment appointment you will receive an optional Screening Questionnaire from me.

By returning this 1 week before the Initial Assessment we can determine if alternative care is more appropriate, or the appointment can go ahead.

 

Step 2: Following your Initial Assessment, where agreed with me, you can book a Follow-Up appointment in person (Clinic in 33104 Paderborn), or online (Secure-Video).
 

Appointment bundles are bookable providing a discount for multiple sessions purchased at once. This is to make accessing a suitable dose of therapy as affordable as possible to you.
 

Step 3: Complete your treatment, reach your goals!

Book an Initial Assessment

Once you have booked your Initial Assessment appointment you will be sent some important Screening Questions to complete and return.

Complete Screening Questions

Once you have completed the screening questions I will review if the problem and therapy are a good match. If they are not, I will inform you and where possible signpost you to more appropriate care.

Attend your appointment

Attend your assessment and where suitable and agreed, book your follow-up and start your recovery journey!
