Service Description

Structured psychoeducation courses created by professionals for common mental health difficulties. In Package-1 with regular written feedback from the therapist on completion of a section. In Package-2 with weekly live feedback sessions with the therapist (30mins).

Cancellation Policy

Only bookable after a completed Assessment appointment. Cancellation/Rescheduling only up to 48 hour prior to the booked appointment.
